Prospective tenants are fully referenced by our professional referencing company HOMELET; this includes a full credit check, as well as landlord and employer references.
If everything is acceptable and you have personally approved the tenants we then;
- Draw up our legally binding lease agreement
- Collect the deposit and first months rent
- Create a comprehensive inventory for each property
It is then up to you to decide whether you want to handle matters from here on, on whether you want us to manage it on your behalf
